To ensure the best experience, all clients are required to have a client file created, and timely arrival for appointments helps us meet your service expectations. You will receive a confirmation email two days before your appointment and a confirmation text at 8 AM the day prior. If you do not reply to the confirmation text, we will follow up with a courtesy call 12–24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice (48 hours for group bookings of three or more).

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service, applied to your client file.

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service, and full payment will be required when booking your next appointment.​

Why This Policy?

Our team is paid on commission, meaning that when you book an appointment, you are reserving 1–4 hours of their time. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows result in lost income for our staff. This policy ensures they are fairly compensated for the time set aside for you. While we understand that unexpected situations arise, we kindly ask for your consideration in respecting our cancellation policy and valuing our team's time.
